no refunds (except in the case of the event being cancelled for weather or other reason.)

Exhibit  Thursday, March 29, 2018-Saturday, May 5, 2018

Deadline for entries: Tuesday, March 13, 2018

Drop Off Date: Tuesday, March 27, 2018 9am-10am

Reception Sunday, April 8, 2018 3pm-5pm

Pick up: Monday, May 7, 2018  9am-10am

Gallery commission: 5% + BWS commission 10%

One Painting per artist
