Bus Trip to AWS Show 2020
Due to concerns about the welfare of our BWS members, because of the coronavirus spread, we have made the decision to cancel the upcoming Bus Trip to the AWS Show in New York City on April 10th. Those who were registered for this program will receive a full refund of their payment within two weeks from our Treasurer, Gaye Holcomb. There are normally charges associated with any cancellation but due to the circumstances, BWS will be covering all fees and everyone will be receiving 100% of their money back from the trip reservation.
We are sorry to miss this opportunity to celebrate our excellent artists whose work is being displayed, but felt that our duty to protect the health of our members was paramount.
Sincerely,
Sherry Morell, BWS President
